Network support service of Compton IT JSC gives assistance in network operation.
In our operational service we separate reactive and proactive service activities.
In case of reactive service, if failure occurs, in spite of regular system maintenances we solve the problem in the contracted timeframe and we support customers’ systems with our devices held for availability purposes. In the course of troubleshooting we investigate the reasons of the failure to prevent further failures.
In case of proactive service, we prevent problems with regular system maintenance and a monitoring system to ensure continuous operation.
We document the completed work, from which statements can be made and the SLA can be clearly measured.
On request, we can train users. Courses can be held at the customer’s place or at Compton’s headquarters. In some cases it is possible to have the training at the site of the manufacturer of the device with trying demo devices. There is an additional possibility for phone consultancy according to the contract.
