Service Desk is Compton IT JSC’s outsourcing service which provides continuous IT support to our contracted partners.

About our service
Our Service Desk receives and records incoming requests and queries and handles them on appropriate levels. It can happen via phone, e-mail or personalized web portal. Depending on the type of the problem the Service Desk solves it immediately or escalates it to the designated team. This service is available for our contracted partners in 7/24 bases.
